How long does the export process typically take?
The export process typically takes between 9-12 weeks, depending on the destination country, customs clearance procedures, and chosen shipping method.
How do I find the perfect car?
You can browse our online inventory (if applicable) or let us know your specific requirements (make, model, year, budget, etc.). We will leverage our network of Japanese suppliers to source vehicles that meet your needs.
How do I bid on an auction car?
We will guide you through the auction bidding process. You can set a maximum bid amount, and we will represent you at the auction to secure the vehicle within your budget.
What payment methods do you accept?
We typically accept bank transfers for secure and transparent transactions.
What are the payment terms?
A deposit is required within 7 days of a successful auction purchase. Full payment of the remaining balance is due within 35 days of the vessel's departure date from Japan.
What shipping options do you offer?
We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs and budget. These may include Roll-on/Roll-off (RoRo), containerized shipping, or specialized transport for high-value vehicles.
Do you handle customs clearance at the destination port?
We can assist you with the customs clearance process at the destination port, but any associated fees or requirements will be the responsibility of the buyer.
What happens if the car is damaged during shipping?
We recommend purchasing marine insurance for your vehicle to cover any potential damage during transportation.

We maintain open communication throughout the process. You will receive regular updates on the status of your vehicle(s), from sourcing and bidding to shipping and documentation. We are always available to answer your questions and address any concerns.
What happens if there are any issues with the vehicle upon arrival?
While rare, unforeseen circumstances can occur. We will work diligently with you to resolve any issues that may arise upon arrival. We recommend purchasing marine insurance for added protection.
Do you offer any guarantees or warranties?
We ensure all vehicles are exported with the proper documentation and meet export regulations. However, used vehicles are sold "as-is." We recommend considering extended warranties offered by some shipping companies.
